To place an order by Fax or Mail:

• Download our order form and fill it in.
  To download the form (assuming you are using Internet Explorer)
1. Right click on this link
2. Click on “Save target as...”
3. Select a folder to save the file in
4. Click on “Save”.
• Start Adobe Acrobat. If it is not already installed, you can download it here
• Please have your debit or credit card information to hand
• You can fax the completed order form to the number shown on the form
• You can mail the completed form to the address shown on the form
• You can also email to us the same information you need to fill in on the form.
• Your order will be despatched within 48 hours, subject to stock availability.
